Shipping policy
Every piece is made just for you, so getting it to your door happens in two steps: production, then shipping.
Production time
Most orders are printed and ready to ship within 2–5 business days. More than half of our orders ship in 3 business days or less.
Shipping time
Total estimated delivery time (production + shipping combined) varies by product type:
- Tees: 5–11 business days
- Hoodies: 5–11 business days
- Sweatshirts: 6–11 business days
- Cardigans & Sweaters: 12–15 business days
You'll see the estimated delivery window for your specific item on the product page and at checkout.

The ranges above already include both production and shipping time — no need to add anything on top. Delivery windows can vary by location within the US.
Tracking
You'll get a shipping confirmation email with tracking information as soon as your order ships.
Delays
Occasionally, production or shipping may take a bit longer than expected — high order volume, holidays, or carrier delays happen. We'll do our best to keep you posted if that's the case.
Shipping cost
Shipping is included in the price of every item — free, every order, every time. No surprise charges at checkout.
Multi-item orders
If your order includes items that ship from different facilities, they may arrive in separate packages, at slightly different times. You'll get tracking for each shipment.
